Return & Exchange Guidelines

• You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at contact@efurnishug.com within the 7-day period.
• Returned products must be delivered to our physical location at Yamaha Center, Burton Street, Kampala, Uganda.
• All returns must be received within 2 working days after raising your return request to remain eligible.

Refund Options

• Eligible returns may qualify for:
  • A replacement or exchange for the same or similar product;
  • A cash refund; or
  • A refund issued to your original payment method (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
• Refund processing may take up to 2 business days once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping Responsibility

• You are responsible for return shipping or courier costs.
• In some instances, we may offer free return shipping at our discretion, depending on the product and the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Custom-cut or made-to-measure products;
• Products damaged by lightning;
• Items that have been misused, purposely damaged, or altered;
• Products used for purposes other than intended or not used as per the user manual;
• Items without original packaging, manuals, accessories, or if not in new or resaleable condition.
