At efurnishug.com, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. We provide deliveries across Kampala and nearby areas, plus affordable upcountry options that take slightly longer. You can also pick up your order free of charge from our store.
Delivery Fee

Within Kampala City & nearby areas: Flat delivery fee of UGX 5,000 .
- Outside Kampala / upcountry: Delivery fees vary by distance and courier the exact cost will be confirmed at checkout or when our team contacts you after order placement.
Order Processing

Kampala & nearby areas: 24Hours for orders to be processed for delivery.
Delivery Timelines

Kampala & nearby areas: 0–1 business days (same-day where eligible).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders within Kampala and nearby areas placed before 6:00 PM EAT, Monday–Saturday. Availability is subject to stock and delivery capacity for your neighborhood.

Refunds & Re-delivery

Delivery fees are non-refundable if delivery fails due to customer error (for example: incorrect address or no recipient available).

Return & Exchange Guidelines
- You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at contact@efurnishug.com within the 7-day period.
- Returned products must be delivered to our physical location at Yamaha Center, Burton Street, Kampala, Uganda.
- All returns must be received within 2 working days after raising your return request to remain eligible.
Refund Options
- Eligible returns may qualify for:
- A replacement or exchange for the same or similar product;
- A cash refund; or
- A refund issued to your original payment method (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
- Refund processing may take up to 2 business days once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping Responsibility
- You are responsible for return shipping or courier costs.
- In some instances, we may offer free return shipping at our discretion, depending on the product and the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom-cut or made-to-measure products;
- Products damaged by lightning;
- Items that have been misused, purposely damaged, or altered;
- Products used for purposes other than intended or not used as per the user manual;
- Items without original packaging, manuals, accessories, or if not in new or resaleable condition.
