Shipping Policy

At efurnishug.com, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. We provide deliveries across Kampala and nearby areas, plus affordable upcountry options that take slightly longer. You can also pick up your order free of charge from our store.

Delivery Fee

• Within Kampala City & nearby areas: Flat delivery fee of UGX 5,000 .

• Outside Kampala / upcountry: Delivery fees vary by distance and courier the exact cost will be confirmed at checkout or when our team contacts you after order placement.

Delivery Timelines

• Kampala & nearby areas: 0–1 business days (same-day where eligible).

• Outside Kampala (upcountry): 1–2 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders within Kampala and nearby areas placed before 6:00 PM EAT, Monday–Saturday. Availability is subject to stock and delivery capacity for your neighborhood.

Free In-Store Pick-Up

If you prefer to collect your order, choose “Free In-Store Pick-Up” at checkout and collect from our store: Yamaha Center, Burton Street, Kampala, Uganda

We’ll send a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Upcountry Deliveries (Outside Kampala)

For deliveries outside Kampala:

• Prepayment is required via mobile money or bank transfer. This payment is arranged after you place the order  it is not processed through checkout.

• Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with the total amount and payment instructions.

• After payment confirmation, we’ll dispatch your item using a reliable courier to your chosen location.

Delivery Requirements

• Please ensure the delivery address is complete, accurate and accessible.

• Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Refunds & Re-delivery

• Delivery fees are non-refundable if delivery fails due to customer error (for example: incorrect address or no recipient available).

• Re-delivery or collection from a depot may incur an additional fee.
